Real places, real people

For our photography and films, we work only with independent collaborators who share our sensitivity to place. We portray real landscapes and real people, each with a personal connection to the place depicted.

Neue Terra is based in San Francisco, where the proximity to the ocean, redwood forest, and dry inland terrain continues to shape how we think about scent: as something lived, not imagined.

Made in California

Each fragrance is made in California. We produce each one in limited quantities, allowing greater control over quality and consistency.

We contribute 1% of annual sales to the National Park Foundation to help protect the places that inspire our work.
